1. Introduction and Scope

OnTarget Spray Systems ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with your use of ontargetspray.com and related services (collectively, the "Site"), including our use of cookies and similar technologies and our collection and use of email addresses and telephone numbers.

This Policy applies to information collected through the Site and through your communications with us (including by email and phone). It does not apply to third-party websites, applications, or services that we do not own or control, even if linked from the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you should discontinue use of the Site.

2. Categories of Personal Information We Collect and Disclose

The categories below summarize the personal information we may collect about Site visitors, consistent with the categories defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended, along with the business purposes for which such information may be disclosed to third parties.

Identifiers: such as name, email address, postal address, phone number, IP address, online identifiers, and device ID. Collected: Yes. Disclosed to service providers and analytics providers for a business purpose.

Customer Records: such as contact information provided on forms. Collected: Yes. Disclosed to service providers.

Commercial Information: such as products or services you inquire about. Collected: Yes. Disclosed to service providers.

Internet or Network Activity: such as your browsing history on the Site, interaction with the Site, and cookies. Collected: Yes. Disclosed to analytics providers and service providers.

Geolocation Data: such as approximate location derived from IP address. Collected: Yes. Disclosed to analytics providers.

Professional or Employment Information: such as company name or job title, if provided. Collected: If applicable. Disclosed to service providers.

Inferences: inferences about preferences drawn from the categories above. Collected: If applicable. Disclosed to service providers.

We collect personal information directly from you (e.g., when you complete a form), automatically through your use of the Site (e.g., through cookies), and, where applicable, from third parties (e.g., analytics providers).

3. Cookies and Similar Tracking Technologies

What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We and, where applicable, our third-party partners use cookies, web beacons, local storage, and similar technologies (collectively, "cookies") to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and analyze usage.

Categories of Cookies We Use

Strictly Necessary: enable core site functionality, security, and load balancing. Typical duration: session to 1 year.

Functional: remember preferences such as language or region. Typical duration: up to 1 year.

Analytics/Performance: we do not currently operate third-party analytics on the Site. If this changes, this policy will be updated before any such technology is deployed.

Advertising/Targeting: We do not currently use advertising or targeting cookies. If we introduce them in the future, we will update this Policy and implement appropriate consent controls before doing so.

Cookie Consent Management

The Site does not currently set advertising or targeting cookies, and does not use a cookie consent banner. Cookies used are limited to those strictly necessary to operate the Site. You can control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings, as described below.

Browser and Device Controls

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings, and mobile devices allow you to limit tracking through device-level settings. Blocking cookies may impact the functionality of the Site. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no sale or sharing for a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal to opt out of.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is not yet an accepted industry standard for recognizing DNT signals, the Site does not currently respond to DNT browser signals.

4. Advertising Technologies

We do not currently use third-party advertising pixels or tags (such as those offered by Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, or TikTok) to build advertising audiences or measure ad campaigns. If we introduce advertising technologies in the future, we will update this Policy to describe them and the choices available to you, and we will provide any opt-out mechanisms required by applicable law.

You may manage interest-based advertising broadly at any time through the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) or the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org).

5. Email Collection and Use

Why We Collect Email Addresses

We collect email addresses when you submit a contact, quote, or demo request form; subscribe to a newsletter; or otherwise provide your email address to us or our service providers.

How We Use Email Addresses

• To respond to inquiries and deliver requested information, quotes, or services
• To send transactional communications, such as confirmations and service notifications
• To send marketing communications, such as newsletters and product or service updates, where you have subscribed or otherwise provided consent consistent with applicable law
• To personalize and improve our communications, measure email engagement (such as opens and clicks), and maintain suppression lists of individuals who have opted out

Your Choices and CAN-SPAM Compliance

Every marketing email includes a clear and conspicuous unsubscribe mechanism. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly and in any event within the timeframe required by the CAN-SPAM Act. Marketing emails will accurately identify the sender, avoid deceptive subject lines, and include a valid physical postal address. We do not sell email addresses to unrelated third parties. Even after you opt out of marketing emails, we may continue to send you transactional or service-related emails necessary to provide services you have requested.

Email Service Providers

We use third-party email service providers to store email lists and deliver communications on our behalf. These providers are contractually restricted from using your email address for their own independent marketing purposes.

6. Phone Number Collection and Use

Why We Collect Phone Numbers

We collect phone numbers when you submit a contact, quote, or demo request form; call us; or otherwise provide a number during a customer service interaction.

How We Use Phone Numbers

• To respond to inquiries and provide requested information or services
• To provide service-related notifications about a request you have made

We do not use your phone number for telemarketing calls, automated marketing text messages, or call recording. We do not operate a recurring SMS/text-message marketing program.

7. How We Use Personal Information

In addition to the specific uses described above, we may use personal information to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our products and services
• Respond to and fulfill your requests and inquiries
• Personalize content and measure the effectiveness of our communications
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements and policies
• Communicate with you about your requests or inquiries

8. How We Share and Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients, for the business purposes described throughout this Policy:

• Service providers, such as website hosting, IT, analytics, email delivery, and CRM vendors, who are contractually restricted from using personal information for purposes other than providing services to us
• Professional advisors, such as legal, accounting, or insurance consultants
• Government authorities, regulators, or other parties, where required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of OnTarget Spray Systems, our users, or others
• A successor entity, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of some or all company assets
• Other parties, with your consent or at your direction

"Sale" and "Share" of Personal Information: We do not sell your personal information, and we do not currently share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If we introduce the advertising technologies described in Section 4 in the future, we will update this Policy and provide the opt-out mechanisms required by applicable law.

9. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

All Visitors

• Manage cookies through your browser settings (see Section 3)
• Opt out of interest-based advertising broadly through the DAA or NAI opt-out tools (Section 4)
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in any marketing email (Section 5)
• We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no sale or sharing for a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal to opt out of

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right, subject to certain exceptions, to:

• Know/Access: request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, and sold/shared about you
• Delete: request deletion of personal information we have collected from you
• Correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information
• Opt-Out: opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not currently sell or share personal information; if that changes, we will provide a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link on the Site and honor opt-out requests as required by law
• Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: request that we limit the use of sensitive personal information to purposes permitted under the CCPA, to the extent we collect such information
• Non-Discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights

To exercise these rights, submit a request using the contact information in Section 15. We will verify your identity before fulfilling requests to know, delete, or correct, using information you have already provided to us; you may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification. We will respond within the time period required by law (generally 45 days, extendable once by an additional 45 days with notice), and any denial will explain the basis for denial and any available appeal process.

Other U.S. State Privacy Laws

Residents of certain other states with comprehensive privacy laws, including, as of this Policy's effective date, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Oregon, Texas, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, and others as such laws take effect, may have similar rights to confirm processing, access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, and, in some states, certain profiling. Nevada residents may separately submit a request to opt out of the sale of certain covered information under Nevada law. To exercise any applicable state right, contact us using the information in Section 15.

European Economic Area, UK, and Other International Visitors

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or a jurisdiction with its own comprehensive data protection framework, we process personal information on the legal bases of consent, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and/or our legitimate interests in operating and marketing the Site. You may have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your personal information; to object to processing (including direct marketing); to data portability; and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. Where personal information is transferred outside your jurisdiction, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, where required.

10. Sensitive Personal Information

We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, precise geolocation, financial account credentials, health information, or similarly sensitive categories of information through the Site unless you voluntarily provide it (for example, in a form field or message) or it is otherwise necessary to provide a specific service you request. Where such information is collected, we limit its use to the purpose for which it was provided and applicable legal requirements.

11. Automated Decision-Making

We do not currently use personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you through solely automated means without human involvement. If this changes, we will update this Policy and provide any disclosures required by applicable law.

12. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16, where applicable under state law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children within those age ranges without appropriate parental consent. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take steps to delete that information. Parents or guardians who believe we may have collected information from a child should contact us using the information in Section 15.

13. Data Retention and Security

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which it is deleted, anonymized, or de-identified in accordance with our internal retention practices.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify affected individuals and applicable regulators as required by law.

14. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, plugins, and applications that we do not own or control. Clicking those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share information about you. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third party, and we encourage you to review the privacy policy of every website you visit.

Embedded Third-Party Content

Some pages load resources hosted by Google — web fonts on all pages, and an embedded map on our Contact page. When these load, your IP address and basic browser information are transmitted to Google in order to serve the content. We do not control Google's processing of that information; see Google's privacy policy for details.

15. How to Exercise Your Rights / Contact Us

To ask a question about this Policy, exercise any of the rights described above, or submit a privacy request, please contact us using any of the methods below. To help us respond efficiently, please describe your request and provide enough information for us to verify your identity.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was most recently revised. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain renewed consent before the change takes effect.
